Berkley Chase
Berkley Chase is located in the Palisades area in the Northwest section of the District of Columbia. The community consists of a total of eight (8) homesites. Berkley Chase is located off of MacArthur Boulevard on U Street. The homes are within easy walking distance to stores and restaurants such as Black Salt, Marvelous Market, the Safeway grocery store and many other restaurants and shops.
Berkley Chase will offer 2 distinct house styles with high end finishes such as SubZero and Viking appliances, marble in the master bedroom bath and granite in the kitchen and secondary bathrooms. All of the homes have an integral two car garage.
Construction of the model home will begin in April and we anticipate that the home will be completed in September 2011. We have hired Marc Fleischer of Long & Foster to represent us in the sale of the homes at Berkley Chase.
