Huntington Mews

Huntington Mews is located off of Huntington Avenue in Alexandria, Virginia within walking distance to the Huntington Metro. Madison Homes assembled 33 contiguous parcels of land comprising 13.44 acres. In November 2005 Madison Homes successfully rezoned the property to PDH-8. The rezoning allowed for 85 townhouse units to be planned on the property. In the Spring of 2006, Madison Homes entered into a contract to sell the Huntington Mews property to KB Home. Madison Homes completed the sale to KB Home in December 2006.

Located in the City of Alexandria, Portner’s Landing is a full City block with 92 condominiums and townhomes. The community is within easy walking distance of Old Town’s beautiful downtown area of shopping and restaurants. Portner’s Landing is conveniently located to the District of Columbia and Reagan National Airport.

Located in the City of Alexandria, Hearthstone Mews is a 29 unit townhome community on the north side of Old Town. The community boasts 3 and 4 level townhomes with 2 car garages.

Located in the City of Alexandria, Old Town Crescent is located off of the George Washington Parkway on Slater’s Lane. The community consists of 29 condominiums and 10 garage townhomes.
