Madison Homes was selected by the City of Fairfax and Fairfax County to purchase the Eleven Oaks property. The property is located in both the City of Fairfax and Fairfax County. Madison is planning on developing and building 49 single family homes on the property. Madison is currently taking the property through a rezoning process. I have attached a conceptual site plan and renderings for your use.
