Madison Homes Launches Madison Real Estate Solutions

- Federal Place – Madison Homes has been retained by SCC, II Development to re-entitle a townhouse community in the City of Baltimore. The current development plan calls for 22 fee simple townhouses. The new plan will have a total of 35 homes, Madison is responsible for completing the re-entitlement of the development and is coordinating the work of the architect, civil engineer and land use planner. The development is expected to be complete by the end of 2009.
- Sullyfield Industrial Park – Madison Homes has recently completed a renovation of an existing industrial warehouse complex in Chantilly, Virginia. Madison Homes coordinated the renovation and delivered the completed warehouse to BB&T bank.
- Rhode Island Avenue Condominium – Madison Homes was retained by People’s Bank of Pennsylvania to conduct a site and building assessment on a 6 unit condominium located in the District of Columbia. The project was completed in the summer of 2008.
